The Cool Clinic- Physical Therapy Mission
Is to provide overall health and wellbeing to all my patient and clients.
The Physical Therapy sessions I provide are ONE-ON-ONE for an hour long for my patients (many outpatient locations only provide return sessions that are 15-30 minute sessions.
My goal is to listen to my patient's needs and difficulties and make a plan for them to achieve their personalized goals. This include looking at lifestyle factors that could be limiting their progression and making steps to improving overall health.
How would you describe yourself as a
health care provider?
I would describe myself a wellness provider not only providing exercises. There are so many factors to overall health that need to be discussed to have an individuals feeling their best. I think the number one factor is listening to your patient's needs and provide them the tools and guidance to help themselves.
Preventative medicine is the key!
